Similar factors can be found among its critical success factors, such as quality BPR, appropriate ERP system with desired level of BPR effort, and an appropriate ERP implementation methodology that would prevent its over customization. ![]() Two factors that caught attention of this research work are: poor quality of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and inappropriate selection of ERP systems. A great deal of work has been carried out in identifying factors responsible for failure and success of these projects. Their failure is attributed towards many different reasons.
